Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cacao)
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup raw honey (or maple syrup)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Let cool for a few minutes.
In a food processor or blender, combine the melted chocolate, avocados, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mousse into four serving glasses or ramekins.
