Ingredients
2 cups plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp raw honey

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of the Greek yogurt to the chia seed mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
In 4 serving glasses, layer the ingredients in the following order:
2 tablespoons of the chia seed mixture
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mixed berries
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used
