Ingredients


  • 2 cups plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions


  1. In a small bowl, combine chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.


  2. Add 1/2 cup of the Greek yogurt to the chia seed mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.


  3. In 4 serving glasses, layer the ingredients in the following order:

    • 2 tablespoons of the chia seed mixture

    • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

    • 1/4 cup mixed berries

    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used


  4. Cover the glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal taste and texture.


Tips


  • If you prefer a vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative, such as coconut yogurt or almond yogurt.


  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste preferences.


  • Feel free to experiment with different types of berries or add other fruits like sliced bananas or diced mangoes.
